"Shopping for houses and everything seems to be overvalued by at least 30%. Seems like you need to drop $1m just to have a decent place in a decent area. And $1.5m+ to get an actually nice place. Seems like owners are trying to list high and trick someone into buying in order to avoid a XX% or more lower price in 6-12 months. But idk real estate. Maybe this is how it is now"
