"I never said if a recruitment agency hits you up it automatically qualifies you for a job lol you still have to go through multiple rounds often and they run background checks too you could still get rejected. i'm talking about the fact that jobs within the $100-500k jobs exist and are actively recruiting the best candidates I've accepted roles in the past failed some interviews and denied 1-2 final offers as well"
