If Bitdeer passed all compliance checks and still got Preferred Partner status that means NVIDIAs legal and security teams were fully satisfied. Singapore is one of the worlds most globally trusted neutral and heavily regulated financial hubs - with strong rule of law Western-aligned trade policy and deep U.S. corporate presence (Apple Microsoft Google NVIDIA all operate there).
