"Something that struck me from #Bears pressers yesterday seems to be carrying over from the spring to first practices today. Caleb Williams talked about Ben Johnson setting a standard and the players working to be the pole bearers of that standard. Ben Johnson is just as passionate fiery and detail oriented as his former HC Dan Campbell in Detroit. Weve all seen examples of it throughout his early tenure at Halas Hall. Granted I dont think Johnson is going to shed tears after a loss (I could be wrong though). But when MCDC took over in Detroit it took a little bit for his ethos to bleed into"
