"Once the clean continuing resolution is passed then one of the first things to work on would be the ACA and possibly extending those subsidies. More than a dozen times the same clean continuing resolution was passed without adding any Democrat (or Republican) riders. If you delay too long then there will only be time to work on securing the next continuing resolution or a brand spanking new Republican budget"
