"Pretty much yeah at least how I understand it. I could be wrong but when the government shuts down most non essential contracting activity pauses because agencies cant obligate new funds. So yes youre unlikely to see new awards or press releases until appropriations restart. There is some nuance though with defense and national security programs but I dont know how thats determined tbh"

On the communications side its mostly legacy systems (L3Harris Silvus Persistent Systems). What makes Ondas interesting is that its not head to head as its carving a lane around network-based autonomy and interoperability which most competitors arent built for.
