"Just a note on Vietnam's market yesterday falling. It did affect their bond market. Their movement from a Frontier Market to an Emerging Market showed indicators of cracks in the system. This is a good thing. It forced regulators to come in and seal up those cracks with new mechanisms to stabilize the Vietnamese dong and put it on the path of Emerging Market indicators. Remember things aren't always as they seem. This was a known event and many traders took advantage of this dip in their system. I will be back on track soon and under new regulations for their markets and specially their bond"
