"Interesting.at @SchwabTrading $CARL orders to buy cannot be entered electronically at the moment due to some evidence of 'fraud' but without disclosing what type of fraud and whether it pertains to only Schwab order/entry systems. There is no other info giving more color.there are no fraud alerts that I could find on Nasdaq or Finra. Orders at Schwab can only be placed to buy to open verbally with a rep. Probably why there are so few transactions on $CARL today.only XX since the open"

"I just spent time on the phone with a rep and then with a trade supervisor.bottom line on this is they won't tell anyone why $CARL is on this list of restricted electronic order entry systems. They said it could be half a dozen reasons but that they won't disclose the reason nor explain what needs to happen to end the restriction. Be nice if @SchwabTrading was more transparent so we could make informed investment decisions. There are no alerts at Nasdaq or Finra that I could find"

Hold price constant and move time forward and growth companies become undervalued as the price hasn't yet reflected the additional growth. Add to this a thin float and the upside potential expands.
