"After a horrible experience over the past month with using UPS we have completely lost faith in them. We have switched all USA bound shipping to DHL. Although we send our goods as duty unpaid we are extremely pleased to hear that NONE of our customers are experiencing any payables due on delivery to clear customs for our Canadian handmade gear. Friends south of the border can have confidence when ordering from us 🙂"
