"Looking at NNN REITs $FVR has highest exposure to substantial risk + tenants due to X JoAnn's. Looking at "speculative" risk $EPR sticks out due to cinema tenancy and $NNN & $NTST have elevated exposure as well with Advanced Auto Parts a exposure a major driver. 2/2"
