"Youre correct. FINRA addressed this directly in their first MMTLP FAQ on March XX 2023 by calling it a coding issue. According to their own admission in Question X (see below) this coding issue persisted for more than a year. Heres what theyre not saying out loud - it was coded incorrectly because the information was provided incorrectly by the market maker who initially quoted it for OTC trading since October 2021"
