"@abay_insaan_ban The state bank prints only a limited number of physical currency. Actual currency is created by Banks when you deposit XXX. They can potentially lend 1000 against it. The actual money is created in Bank ledgers. The bank can't stop creating money because it had to finance govt"

"@abay_insaan_ban There is a thing called reserve ratio which central bank uses to limit other banks from creating new money. State Bank also does open market operations in which when they want to increase liquidity in the market then they push new money in the system to help banks"
