"In regard to fentanyl my comment depends on DEA reporting. Which has consistently reported that fentanyl supply to USA comes from Mexican cartels and Mexico. There is zero evidence of fentanyl supply from Venezuela. There is nothing in DEA reporting to support the notion that Mexican cartels sent fentanyl to Venezuela to be shipped in a Colombian semisubmersible through the Caribbean Sea. It is possible that it was a cocaine shipment from Colombia but not plausible that it was a fentanyl shipment from Venezuela"
