"- wrong business model we went with a standard subscription based which seemed good for business accounting and predictability but made it much harder to scale. - nature of the product it felt as if we weren't in control. we also went with a "nice to have" instead of what a real problem solver. - wanting to appear as a large company. This put pressure on us it forced us to build useless features and of course this cause a domino effect of bugs that remained unsolved for extended periods of time"
