"My take from here is that $ASST is dead money for sometime as the market digests this major dilution event. The stock was $.61 (61 cents) before the merger announcement. The PIPE has and will flood the market with shares. That along with tax loss harvesting going into the end of the year this may very well have this head below $.61. No crystal ball here but the prospects don't look good to me. Maybe some development may move the needle. The big lesson here is learn how these mergers are being financed and what dilution waits in the wings"
