"We already see a bunch of HC job openings in CFB. That # will only continue to grow into the off season. Each program will be thinking the same thing- Home run hire. The problem is there is not enough championship coaches to go around. There will be massive bidding wars and someone will significantly overpay. That is always the other side to moving on from your HC- especially one thats succeed at a very high level. "Though Cignetti will have the hot name Im not convinced he would even leave IU. Financially IU committed significant $$ to him and his staff. Not only did he sign an X year $72M deal but IU also committed $11M / year to his assistants. For context Ohio state has $11.43M to their assistants which is #1 in CFB. So that is very competitive. Theres no doubt in my mind programs will throw big $$$ at Cignetti but I wouldnt be shocked to see Indiana find a way to match/ keep it close. "This looks like a completely different Michigan football team. Makes the performance last week all that more surprising- but moving on. Chip Lindsey has called a great game. Called for it last week on the pod- Marsh and McCulley need to be fed. TEs. Even without your top guys at TE- still involving them to compliment your run game. It opens everything up. Complimentary offense. Wink Martindale calling a great game. Front X executing. Whole team is tackling significantly better. This team is capable of making a playoff push"

Sherrone said they addressed the issues they were gonna get to work and that wed see a different team against Washington. He was proven right. Loved Jordan Marshalls post game interview.
