Issuee Circular XX of 2025 on XX July XX. All Seafarers must read this Circular otherwise you will regret and suffer. Attached Circular is X page and it affects 400000 strong Indian Seafarers. I feel 10000 Indian Seafarers jobs will be lost immediately on one side and on the other side illegal business of XX Cr will get stopped"

"Rec'd from Sri Lanka Manning Agent: Sanjay although the ban on FoC CoC by the @dgshipping_IN is justified due to the many incidents of concern related to seafarers holding such certification this would constitute a violation of fundamental rights of seafarers. These FoCs are in the white list. The way forward would be for these FoCs to be removed from the white list through proper audits"
