"Ive got to admit I find some of the claims of remake nitpicking frustrating. A remake shouldnt be done simply because XX years have passed and newer modern technology is available. A remake should modernize a game but also fix improve and ultimately in the best case supplant the original. When the original game is a masterpiece and things were made with intentionality its frustrating to have high standards and expectations in decision making written off. Personally Im totally good with change. Halo has a lot that can be changed - eg the backtracking in the latter half of the game the one shot"
