"@20splentyforus Green Cross Code will educate pedestrians to behave safely. Speed appropriate or not is not subject to pedestrian safe behaviour. I am sure no driver wants to hit a pedestrian. Road users must be educated to be competent members of society & drive with care & due progress"

"@SaferRoadsYorks All looks OK to me what would worry me more is if the cyclist gets to a stretch of poor road verge forcing him to move nearer the centre of the road not all drivers would see this. Much bigger issue than XXX or XXX meters"
