"@LaurieOakes She is now forced to go to the Ombudsman to compel Telstra to investigate what is going on. She is a widow. $XX a month (for X months) is a lot of money for her. Most of the Telstra customer service staff were nice but one man told her she was obviously at fault and stupid"
