"NCCN recommended against periop durva for PD-L1-negative tumors. 💭 My take: that may change. Id consider durva for all patients on FLOT. But id love to see analyses w/ CPS instead of TAP (remember CM-577) alternative PD-L1 cut-offs and a closer look at non-MSI-H disease"
