It's one thing if it opens in a food desert another if it opens in a working class neighborhood that already has thriving local commerce"

"@JetElectricEyes No you're absolutely right about that. TJs is kind of a "lifestyle"the founder actually writes in his book about how he was specifically trying to appeal to a specific demographic. Your average working class person would not pick TJs first but would go for Aldi Walmart etc"
