"On XX June 2023 I made an FOI request for a copy of the signed AUKUS agreement. X June 2023 Defence referred me to the international agreement between the Government of Australia the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the United States for the Exchange of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (ENNPIA) signed in Canberra on XX November 2021 and asked if that satisfied my request. On the same day I wrote to Defence: The document you referred me to - the Agreement signed in Canberra on XX November 2021 (UN Reg no 57347) is an agreement"
