"The best Super Arc was the Tournament of Power. This is one of the worst anime Tournament Arcs I have ever seen. Not to mention Ultra Instinct but I will get to that I'm running out of characters. TOP animation is mid-tier. Like Pokmon budget levels. And you know it"
