"@cdnvaluestocks @LaughingH20Cap I'll say I'm VERY skeptical they're underwriting anywhere near real 15-20% ATIRRs on water pipes - not a particularly differentiated biz and we've seen water handling biz struggle elsewhere (look at $wttr). I believe the model kicks that out but doubt it happens in reality"
