"On Friday October 17th at 10:31 pm the Emergency Communications Center received a XXX call. A male voice was heard stating "911 come down here" and then the call disconnected. The ECC made multiple attempts to call the person back but there was no answer. Deputies were dispatched to where the call came from on Fletcher Avenue in Eaton Park south of Lakeland. Once the deputies arrived and began to investigate the situation they learned that 58-year old Dale Eugene Kellum was having an argument with his sister over finances. "At approximately 1:59 am on Sunday October 11th a PCSO deputy was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of I-4 near Lakeland. At that time the deputy noticed a gray 2013 Lexus ES350 traveling very fast in the westbound lanes. A traffic stop was initiated on the Lexus and the driver was identified as 30-year old Felix Andy Torres Quintana from Tampa. "A business burglary in Lake Wales was reported to the PCSO on the morning of October 14th; an unknown person stole an industrial range valued at $2500. While conducting the investigation a detective spoke with a customer at the business who said that he had seen a range on a trailer being towed by a white SUV at a property on Dogyard Road . The detective's investigation also revealed that the range had been sold to a local scrap yard. Information from the scrap yard showed the identity of the suspect to be 41-year old Charles Richard Harmon II of Lake Wales. and it was reported by scrap yard"

"An attempted motor vehicle theft occurred at the Circle K on North Combee Road east of Lakeland on Wednesday October 15th at around 11:35 pm. The owner of the vehicle confronted the suspect and the suspect attempted to punch him. A PCSO deputy arrived on scene quickly and detained the suspect 32-year old Samuel Damon-Kyle Hudgins of Winter Haven. Hudgins was handcuffed and placed into the back of a patrol car while the deputy began his investigation. "Friday afternoon October 17th PCSO deputies were looking for 32-year old Nocles Devin Joseph; he had a Polk County warrant for Violation of Probation (Grand Theft Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon and Domestic Violence/Battery). The deputies were not having any luck locating the vehicle that Joseph often drives but then just before X pm an officer from Lake Alfred PD notified dispatch that he located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop on it but it sped away. "PCSO deputies received a tip on Wednesday October 8th regarding the whereabouts of 31-year old Aaron Maxwell of Lakeland who was wanted in Hillsborough County for Burglary and Grand Theft. "On Saturday morning October 11th at around 6:30 am Deputy Wade was patrolling in the Skyview area of Lakeland when he spotted a man on a bicycle. Deputy Wade recognized the bicycle as one that had been reported stolen the previous day. The bicyclist was 25-year old Billy Jay Hurd of Lakeland. A traffic stop was initiated but Hurd fled on foot. "54-year old Douglas Keith Elmore of Winter Haven has a bad habit; he likes to steal. On October 7th just after XX am a PCSO deputy was dispatched to the CVS store at CR XXX and Spirit Lake Road in Winter Haven due to Mr. Elmore's presence there. "Monday evening October 13th at around 7:52 pm deputies noticed a red motorcycle commit multiple traffic infractions on Rock Ridge Road north of Lakeland. "Mr. Christmas was driving in Mulberry one evening with his buddy Vincent. Perhaps they were having such a merry time they didnt even notice the stop sign they failed to stop at. "A retail theft occurred at the Dollar General store in Frostproof the Friendly City. A man had stolen Gain Detergent Tide Pods Angel Soft Toilet Paper and sundry other laundry items. The total value of the theft was just over $XXX. Detective Learmonth got the case and looked at a photo of the suspect. She immediately recognized the man as Tim because her previous case was an investigation of multiple car burglaries committed by Tim. Early Thursday morning October 9th 61-year old Dion Robbins of Pittsfield Massachusetts learned he was doing it the wrong way.
