"No reason Tesla can't do it but they have said once they achieve Unsupervised FSD in AI4 they will begin design of the hardware to upgrade HW3 Teslas who bought FSD. My guess is that your HW3 Tesla will need a new computer and all the cameras upgraded too maybe toss in the front bumper camera for good measure. You'll just need to wait. You might get it in 2027 the way these things take. I'm impatient so I upgraded my 2021 Model Y to a Launch series earlier this year. No regrets. I upgraded my 2020 Model S in 2024 when they offered free FSD transfer. Only regret is it doesn't have that front"

"It called the NHTSA stop that Chuck Cook calls it. Full stop behind the stop sign and then proceed as a creeping to see better left and right if clear then go. I know many want to return to reacting to a stop sign like it's a Yield sign but until the DOT changes that we're supposed to stop fully behind the stop sign and then proceed with caution. If you roll through a stop sign you will get a ticket if a cop sees that and he is doing his job"

Devin and other volunteers find imperfections and then Tesla prioritizes them and makes corrections. I'm convinced that while not perfect FSD continues to improve and I use it on every drive now while recognizing where it is weak and I supervise as it is intended"
