"My issue with penny stocks is dilution. There are XXX% more shares than X years ago hence why the stock chart looks like it does. Q1 2025 to Q2 they diluted another XXX% increase in OS. $15M cash on hand doesn't get you very far when a non profitable company. You have to sell shares to pay the execs (well I am sure) and to keep the lights on"
