This is where he wants to make his mark and he's doing it. But he does offer a model - find a hot FCS/group of X coach with a strong core of players he can bring with him through the portal. That was the key for Cig last year - he brought guys who knew his system and infused his new team with his ways and culture with an additional 12-15 coaches now on the roster.
