The moonshot scenario is that it finds a sustainable biz model starts growing again (bc not holding back growth capital and generates 40%+GM) and BigFood sees as a standard 4-6x revenue M&A target. But the short term scenario is that this moons to pre restructuring value. Thats my bet"

"Have since revised my thoughts on $bynd after digging into filings this wkd. Cash is higher (atm + $100mm loan converted)and the biggest revelation is on the $200mm new senior secured oil toggle convert (struck at $.97) which provides all the needed optionality for the original $1.14BN convert. The 319mm shares given to convert holders is simply the bond floor and all done very publicly at $2.85/sharelikely encouraging massive equity short to lock in basis which is why short interest went from XX% pre deal to well over XX% of float in short period of time. Cant confirm but short interest"

"The 316mm shares can trade OTC but will be need to be registered yes. Takes 60-120+ days. Mgmt confirmed no reverse split for XXX days too. So basically it means those who are short will need to scramble if they need to cover. Anyone shorting $.60 stocks without an offsetting long shouldnt be trading. Will be a hard lesson"

"Havent vetted the balance sheet items ex cash. Those matter but just not now. Right now the mkt is figuring out that $bynd is on the mat but not dead especially with the equitization. Stock was here for 2+ years bc they feared they couldnt refi the stupid XX converts due next March. Those are resolved. Question is if this is a real biz. We will find out"
