"@chrisvirnig @RealAssetsValue I still wouldnt rule out that if he knows as a director a tender for the common is upcoming he converts his opco shares to get better proration if he wants to participate. Its a highly optimistic and speculative viewpoint sure. But I do think its a possibility"
