"Speaking of $VFC I was looking at Kontoor Brands $KTB following the sudden departure of their COO. Kontoor was spun out of V.F. Corp $VFC in 2019 with downmarket brands like Wrangler and Lee while $VFC held on to Vans The North Face JansSport Supreme and others. The two companies have had the exact opposite outcomes. While $KTB is up XX% since the spinoff $VFC is down exactly 82%. There was some positive momentum in $VFC last year after they appointed a new CEO who came over from Logitech $LOGI and decided to sell the Supreme brand. "Sable Offshore $SOC is a battleground stock between longs and shorts and so far the shorts have been right. Noticed that a form X was filed today by XX% owner Pilgrim Global Advisors for a $XXXXX million purchase.
