"I am at the Western Balkans summit at Lancaster House. Keir Starmer and Yvette Cooper are hosting leaders of Albania Croatia Serbia and the like. Well whats going on We dont know. Through the afternoon I watched as the Austrian Chancellor casually strolled out of the entrance and gave an extensive TV interview in German. The picture you can see here is of the German media going in for a full press conference with the German chancellor Frederick Mertz. The Croatian leader was giving interviews maybe XX minutes ago. Absolutely relaxed in front of the cameras. UK officials laughed about how that"
