"🟥 Seen some pushback on my criticism of Gakpo last night and my softer tone on Salah. Fair. Lets be honest: Gakpo should have had a hat-trick against United. He hit the post three times and scored but he also drifted in and out of the game lacked conviction in big moments and never took control. He was erratic. Some gave him man of the match including @StevLFC for @AnfieldIndex. But I thought he was a passenger when it really mattered. Hes not just any starter either hes Slots guy.
