"theres less cash in the system credit markets are starting to stress and nobodys talking about it last week the feds budget balance (aka the tga) jumped to $198b thats a big move up. when the treasury issues bonds it pulls cash out of the market. the buyers pay up and the money lands at the fed. less cash sloshing around means tighter liquidity. credit's already reacting. clo etfs just saw their biggest outflows since april. when credit investors start pulling risk its usually not random its caution. and credit almost always sees the cracks before equities do. everyones watching cpi this"
