"@hormonedietdoc I quit drinking alcohol and eating carbs at about the same time three years ago. It was due to very high BP readings. I was on high doses of two meds & I did not want them in my system for the rest of my life. It took multiple tries to ween off but now Im med free w/normal bp"

"@Mangan150 I understand what you are trying to say & you are for the most part are correct. There are always exceptions to the rule. Since starting carnivore Im actually down from 225lbs. I seem to stay between 190-200. Not a good BMI (like I care) but where I seem to settle"
