"7 Brew has XXX units. Dutch Bros with more than 1k. Scooter's Coffee with more than XXX. Caribou with more than XXX. Biggby with more than XXX. That's around 3.5k stores for this new model. Starbucks and Dunking Donuts together have 27k. Still a long way for these upstarts to take share particularly as Starbucks has a lot of margin to give up"

"It is also being franchised in Singapore and Japan. Both Chipotle and GYG are doing around US$3m in revenue per store. GYG trades at around US$6.5m per store and Chipotle at US$14.7m. It costs around US$1.3m to build a GYG store. I have yet to try GYG in the US and am curious if there is real room to grow"
