"A few thoughts on Tosti situation: Min Woo took XX minutes to take an unplayable and without waiting on a ruling. We don't know what Tosti specifically said to rules official and it wouldn't have been out of bounds for him to inquire why someone would be allowed to take XX minutes to drop a ball and play a shot.
