"@bas3dp4ki @CogitoEdu glad u asked: The original boarders of Morocco included Western Sahara it was a united country until the Spanish and French tore Morocco apart still occupying cities. After fighting the spanish they did not want a united morocco and tried to keep some of the split parts"

"@bas3dp4ki @CogitoEdu western sahara and Tangiers with norther morocco was occupied by Spain and the rest by France. Spanish occupation remained when Moroccans fought off the french and tried to free their whole country. Spain was loosing territory and held on to western sahara"

"@bas3dp4ki @CogitoEdu I claim it's propaganda as it portrays Morocco as invading/taking western sahara randomly by winning it instead of algeria/mauritania. It does not mention it was originally part of morocco and the only reason it wasn't was because of occupation"
