The promotion of Marc Jansen (joined 2013) and Alex Kieft (joined 2014) to Co-CTOs is exactly the leadership needed: over a decade of organic Flow HFT experience and culture at the top trading helm. Comparing Flow to Virtu is apples & oranges. Let's wait and see on the new CEO but the core trading DNA is secure with Jansen & Kieft"
