"Feels like a X tier conference to me. 1-2 will be OKC and Houston going back and forth a lot of this season similar to the Cavs and Celtics in the east last year. I would not be shocked to see Houston wind up X to be quite honest but will lean with the homer pick. Houston was already the X seed last year and added one of the greatest scorers of all time at the price of nothing really as well as having size in surplus. OKC will be largely the same and won XX playing with no chet or ihart a majority of the season. Remains to be seen how much time Jdub will miss that will be something to monitor"
