But they can get 10mm people to build entire metropolises focused on EVs SIM cards etc. And militarily they dont need to be power projectors. They need to control a very specific geographical area. The tech and innovation necessary to spread will come. The game right now is demonstrating the ability to deny the US deterrence. Very little discussion on what the Chinese Civil-Military fusion program has produced. And that their whole of society approach can make up for a few degrees of tech innovation"
