"Hear me out. @saylor got the nod for S&P inclusion before the run to $XXX back in early July. The market heard rumours and started to bid the stock. But @saylor knows the inclusion will bring billions of passive flows juicing the mNAV regardless of what he does prior. So to maximize volatility he throws a wrench in everyones plans. First he fucks with guidance taking away the equity ATM. Of course removing the main source of BTC Yield will cause an uproar. This was by design. The stock sells off. Then he brings it back and hammers the ATM all the way down to what is probably his lower limit"
