"@DesertDweller93 @johnkmason The tax laws are really muddy here. There is a once a PFIC always a PFIC rule if your holding period began when it was a PFIC. QURE was not PFIC 2017-2021. PFIC status 2016/2022-2024. Also in the 2025 10K they started using the phrasing We believe we were a PFIC"
