"Yamada has proven that he can be an incredibly effective striker. Like you said though he had a slump but the evidence is there to prove he can be a very prolific striker. Inamura I wasnt too familiar with but from the couple of games I watched before he signed officially for Celtic he looked very positive on the ball and fairly reliable defensively"

"@superted63 @JapaneseFbl @CelticFC Inamura played pretty much all pre-season and was heavily praised for how well he played even praised by Brendan Rodgers. And Shin Yamada has barely received minutes but has proven in the past he can be a very prolific striker. I wouldnt see either are murder"

"Again youre looking at it from the base value. That 2023 season which was his first full season in pro football he scored X goals and got X assists in X starts. The season after XX goals and X assists in XX starts. Last year he struggled to put the ball in the net yes but looking at stuff like his xG and watching the way he was playing shows that he was in the right places but he just couldnt apply the finishing touch for some reason"
