"Meh. I'd say with this *specific* instance no. In the public's eyes they just see that Hamas hasn't returned all the bodies and that Trump is looking like the strongman stepping in. That's simply because of the ridiculous amount of spin being done. The idea is to usher out Hamas because the GCC BRICS etc. doesn't want them there. I think that's the correct choice by far. This gives Netanyahu credibility (as ironic as it is) and the ability to claim that Hamas were the bad guys who needed to be removed.
