This scenario does not mean the workers are "receiving SSI." It means they were using a stolen or fabricated Social Security Number (SSN) for employment purposes only. The Contradictory Part: "same SSI SSN numbers and. different snap ebt." This part is highly improbable as described. Federal and state benefit systems (like SNAP/EBT) are cross-checked with the Social Security Administration. It would be extremely difficult for X different"
