"Im not trying to be contentious just genuinely looking for information. How are the NWS payments accounted for if not payments towards SPS I work in real estate specifically debt related. If there is a lender imposed sweep that cash is either used at the property or acts as additional collateral for the bank. If it becomes the latter and bank takes those funds it has to be applied to the loan balance. There is no scenario in the world of lender imposed sweeps that they just get that money above and beyond their principal balance and interest owed. If youre saying the sweep was never able to"
