Maybe someone out there can set my mind at ease: at high altitude say above 6000' the exhaust is always gray until it warms up then it's fine. It looks like a smoke bomb went off when I start it. It's been this way since new and is the same now with close to 200k miles. It doesn't smoke gray at lower altitudes but I live at 8k' so it does it every time. It doesn't burn oil or coolant because those levels never change.
