"@HoustonHrtDoc The LAD is different from the LCX and RCA in important ways 👉🏼 The volume of myocardium supplied is large and is has an exponentially larger number of branches. It is a soaker hose. Less metal = better runoff after revasc. Maybe DCB is the closest we can get to a LIMA graft 🤔"

"2/ Patient was a surgical turn down - poor 🎯 and HbA1c. OCT showed fibrotic CAD with little 🪨. We opted for ✂🎈prep pLAD DES and LAD + ostial LCX DCB.
